Friendly Staff and very helpful.
Since they don't supply wash clothes in their bathroom I ask if they could get some and the Lady at the front desk made sure I had one the next day👍👍

Location was great, it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Lucerne. Staff was friendly and accommodating as we were able to drop off luggage early. They also provided coupons for use at their restaurant and the restaurant across from them. Would stay here again!
