The property is excellent, clean and well maintained, it’s near the lake and the room had a beautiful view.
We liked the location and hotel, however we have to request each time for toiletries related things like filling body wash, slippers etc. Apart from this, the location is great , staff are helpful and breakfast is really great. Very close to train station.
This is a great hotel. I was skeptical at first because I never stay at Radisson hotels in the US. But this one was amazing. Great room design, contemporary look and feel, modern lobby and bar, and an enjoyable restaurant.
The location is perfect. It’s very close to train station as well as the pier for boat travel. Chapel Bridge is about a 7 minute walk. Lion Monument is about 15 minutes.
This was a fantastic surprise for accommodations in Lucerne.
Room was huge. Staff were friendly too. Location is very near the pier for those interested in taking the Mount Pilatus Golden Tour (starting by boat)
