The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and cable TV. There are also a washing machine and a dryer in each unit. Maid service is provided 3 times a week and you can reach the staff 7 days a week via telephone. Bellevue Square and the Zurich Opera House are a 6-minute walk away. Just 656 feet from the EMA apartments you can find the Kreuzgasse or Feldeggstrasse bus and tram stops. Buses 912 and 914 as well as trams 2 and 4 stop there.

We stayed for 5 nights during the beginning of august. We were a family of 4 people and booked two apartments with one bedroom each. The arrival was very smooth. People from EMA contacts you a few days before arrival and they come and meet you at the apartment at the time arranged. In our case, we arrived before expected and they managed to meet and greet us before, always conected by mail/phone with the staff of the company to make sure everything worked fine. The apartments are located in Seefeld, which must be the one of the best neighborhoods in Zurich. Just 10 minutes walking to the city center, along the lake. The neighborhood is clean, exclusive and easy to walk around, just a few steps from the lake, where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The apartments have everything you may need to be comfortable. In brief, I would definately recomend this place if you come to Zurich and want to be near the city centre but with a sense of exclusivity and calm.
Had everything we needed for a stay. Clean and well maintained. Brilliant location, just a few minutes from the lake. Good transport links. Communication with EMA staff was excellent.
Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location, just a short walk to the lake and to the old town and in a lovely vibrant but relaxing neighbourhood. Irene met us on arrival and took care of the check in for us. It was lovely to receive a bottle of prosecco for my birthday - thank you!
