Everything is was perfect, reception staff were very nice and very cooperative, breakfast is excellent, and there's a big GYM close tothe hotel with a good daily price.
The hotel staffs are amazing! The hotel is well positioned, near rail station and downtown.
Got upgraded upon check-in, , had a tasty meal in the restaurant. Room was pretty quiet, bed was good

I come to the Zurich area quarterly from the US to work with a company in Turbenthal. I usually stay in Zurich and take the train to Turbenthal but this trip I booked in Winterthur which is a little closer. It was 93F in the area this week and the AC worked great. Room size was perfect and they had several English TV channels (not just news). I know most hotels are doing housekeeping on demand but this hotel provided daily housekeeping which I like. Also the hotel rate was better than Zurich rates. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.
