Good was amazing, view, food, one of the most amazing spa experiences I had

The welcome, the food, the waiters (especially in the evening) the silence in the rooms, the ability to send postcards in the morning, the swimming pool, how clean the rooms were, the welcome gifts, the tv... We knew it would be great but it was better than expected...

I liked everything! The parking space is so convenient The reception staff is so welcoming and very well trained. We were checked-in and checked-out by two apprentices: I am not sure they are apprentices only though. You guys need to hire them as soon as possible! The health center is another level! Amazingly beautiful. You can come out from the pool with a totally positive mood. It is very convenient for couples (warm water, jacuzzi spaces, breath-taking view, calm). It is also very clean. In the night, we were late on dinner time. When I informed a waiter in the hotel restaurant that I just need some bread so we can eat something before we sleep, he said that he will try to get me sandwiches from the kitchen, and he certainly did get me 2 sandwiches so we don't sleep hungry! That was way over my expectations. The breakfast was also so generous. The village of Charmey is in itself so relaxing and the location really helps you to relax and recharge.

Access to the thermal baths via a tunnel from the hotel. As it rained during our stay we had no need to go outside.
