The great centralized location, fun/original hotel decor, intelligent key storage system, friendly staff
The location was excellent. As a family of 4, with two teens, I was looking for a hotel with a great location and price, that we could all stay in together. This exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly. We arrived around 11 am and they held our luggage and stored it in a locked room. We had to check our before the 7 am check out time and they were very accommodating. We had drinks and snacks in the restaurant downstairs and the staff was very friendly.
The location was great, close to central Zürich.
Staff was really helpful e.g. they gave us an extra towel after requesting it.
The room was comfortable, clean, and very elegant. I appreciated the bathtub in the bathroom. The location was perfect for a quick tram ride to Old Town, and anywhere else. The hotel was only a 4-minute walk to the nearest tram station. The staff was also super friendly and helpful.
it has free breakfast and location was good. space was very good also for a family of 4.
