Excellent location, most helpful staff, clean, plenty of shelves and drawers. Nice individual air conditioning in the room. Very nice breakfast served in the restaurant with broad views of mountains , vineyard and lake. The restaurant serves meals and snacks all day, making it very convenient for hotel guests. EXCELLENT!!!
The breakfast was delicious and healthy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always had a smile a and welcoming. Will recommend to friends.Perpplllll
Location was good. Close to the train station (which we used alot) and had a nice view of Lake Thun. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the lake at the end of our day. Staff was accommodating and grocery store was next door.
Friendly and welcoming staff, amazing location by trains but also walking distance to the town and water, good food at restaurant, cute and spacious rooms with great views
