The lake-side location, the garden terraces, the room size, and the comfort of the bed & bedding were all excellent. We were over the moon that there was a large fan in our room during the heatwave days of July. The staff was pleasant, kind and accommodating. The breakfast coffee was superb, the best I've had in my many visits to Switzerland.
