Gea, the host, could not have been more amazing. She greeted us with wine, answered our many questions, and even facilitated me getting back my passport from a previous stay in another city. She answered right away and was always helpful. The property was laid out nicely and it was very comfortable with beautiful views.
Great views, location was perfect and the apartment was well fitted out with quality appliances. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment was very close to the train station (approximately 200 metres). Our hosts already gave us directions to get to the apartment - so it is always best to check with the hosts if there is faster way to get there, especially with luggage and kids (sometimes Google Maps is not that reliable).
This is a modern apartment which is clean and well-equipped with appliances. The apartment is either newly-renovated or the hosts has done a wonderful job at maintaining the standards of the apartment. It also had tons of satellite TV channels and also Netflix! The hosts also left us food and drinks to welcome us and we are very appreciative of their kind gesture.
Good location with an easy walk into the town and local supermarket. Comfortable apartment with good amenities, however it was a bit noisy due to an extremely busy road below - we didn’t sit out on the balcony because of this. Useful information to read re the area, dining options etc. Lugano is a beautiful small town but still with lots to see and do.
