Amazing staff, big rooms, clean bed, bathroom. location was ideal.
The location is good, a nice walk to the historical center and very close to the lake side.
Gracious host, helpful for arranging tours. Location was better than we thought it would be.
Central location, close to the lake and all the action, cozy and comfortable bed, accesa quite ok even you don’t make until the 8pm last check in hour, breakfast could be more diversified though.
We could check in earlier
A sweet surprise was that we got the Ticino ticket, which allowed us to use all public transportation in the region for free
