We did not take advantage of the breakfast. The location was great, right next to the train station. The Geneve pass was wonderful and we took advantage of the public transportation.
Easy access to SBB train station. Big room as I booked the superior room on the 5th floor. Very clean and comfortable room temperature. Modern design hotel.
The front desk was phenomenal. The bartender was so kind, outgoing, and a pleasure to talk to. The location was so easy by train to town, which is free thanks to the city of Geneva. There’s zero to complain about - perfect property to stay the night before a flight. Was a large room and we felt well rested for our 20 hour journey home.
Everything, especially the lovely scent when you put your first step into the hotel lobby, the smell is so awesomly good that it takes your memory for a swing 😍
Mercure Geneva met the expectations of all other Mercure properties we stayed at. Extremely friendly staff, beautiful property and well appointed rooms. The location was perfect to the airport and shuttle very convenient.
