employees were over the top professional and kind as I am deaf and needed to go to the hospital for an appt the following morning. At night, I was able to see the Korean film, Milsu aka Smugglers, which was excellent. Locarno Film Festival is always wonderful. My room was perfect for a single and had a lovely terrace just outside. I had breakfast cappuccino and pastry at the coffee shop 1 minute from the hotel. The hotel had lovely offerings for lunch and dinner; one could sit outside in the piazza and gaze at the centro Historico. Live music was provided as well.
The room had a terrace and a nice view. It was small, but it had a mirror, a closet and some hangers so it was vomfortable. Air conditiong and heating was possible as well. The toilets and shower were clean and spacy
The hostel is located in the middle of old town. You can walk from your place and travel right out. Restaurant is just downstairs. Necessary facilities are provided.
Close to the city center, good located and not too expensive
My room was a single tiny room but has a semi-private terrace with views over the square that was beautiful.
The shared bathrooms were always in good conditions.
