It is clean, they have restaurant, rooms are very comfortable. There is always a person in the front desk and they are very friendly. Food is fresh. We had a room with a terraza looking at the park.

I really loved the room. It was very specious, with a very nice view, the bathroom was big as well, the shower was very good, complimentary tea and coffee, very comfortable bed. The next time I go to Zug, it definitely will be this hotel!

I really like the layout and the room was very nice, good location right near trainstation and near big shopping center

Parking just next to the elevator on -1 floor (not free)

If you stay overnight, make sure to validate the parking at the reception an not on the automatic machine that may charge more
