They explained well how to get to the hotel when coming from other places like Lucerne. The hotel has a beautiful view, especially from the Mineralbad hot springs. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We ate dinner at the hotel in the bar area and really enjoyed all of the food. Our server was engaging and friendly. The front desk workers were very pleasant and helpful. We had to leave the mountain very early to catch the ferry back to Lucerne. They helped me figure out the time we had to leave the hotel in order to make it to our destination in time for our pre-planned event.
Location, view and spa is the just perfect! Breakfast is good and fresh.

The location of the hotel is great for hiking. It’s beautiful up in the Swiss alps. It’s also a short train ride to the Vierwaldstättersee lake where you can take the boat to Luzerne for example. The hotel has a great Spa where I had a wonderful massage. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
