The location right across from the train station was great, and the hotel provided city cards which allowed free access to public transportation which is located right outside the door. The self check in instructions were very clear and process was efficient. The room was clean, and had a nice layout for a family so everyone had a bit of their own space.

Staff is so friendly, the location is terrific, and rooms are surprisingly quiet. Would absolutely go back.

We were able to check in early and upgraded to a beautiful large room. Check in staff very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and the room was spacious. However, one of the inconveniences was that as there's no 24 hour reception, it's only possible to leave the luggage until 16h. It would also be better to have two individual quilts rather than just a big one.

The hotel is located right next to one of the railway stations in Basel, yet it is in a quiet area. In addition to the trains, there are many public transport stops near the hotel, making it very easy and quick to reach the city center. This is further enhanced by the free transport card provided by the hotel. The room is spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a longer stay. There is a coffee machine, a kettle, and a fridge, and besides the bed, there is also a comfortable sofa. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
