Everything is brand new. High quality materials, design and attention to detail that goes far beyond basics. Comfy bed. Very good coffee and a quality breakfast. Located 4 minutes uber ride away from the airport.
Proximity was the airport was a big convenience, the rooms were large and they were clean, I had to leave early in the morning for my flights so put some grab and go breakfast in my room a. Day before which was well appreciated. Property does not have air conditioner which was a downside specially in summer months.
The rooms were updated and clean. The proximity to the airport was convenient and the surrounding area was nice. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We felt welcomed and comfortable.
Close to the Airport Zürich The rooms were good and our stay was comfortable overall. Breakfast was okay. However, we had a negative experience during checkout. We requested a late checkout and received to extend our stay by two hours, until 1:00 Pm Unfortunately, about 10 minutes later, the owner arrived and spoke to us very rudely, insisting we vacate the room immediately. Despite explaining that we had already received permission from the receptionist, she continued to be disrespectful and unpleasant in her tone.
The receptionist later apologized for the confusion, but the behavior of the owner was uncalled for and disappointing. It really affected what was otherwise a decent stay. Basic courtesy and respectful communication go a long way, and sadly, that was lacking in this case. This definitely impacted our overall experience.
The room was large with three French doors for ventilation. The location and staff were excellent.
