Our room and bathroom were a fantastic size and the bed was so very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and informative about the local area and experiences. Great breakfast too. Would stay again.
It's a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. We stayed in the annexe which was very good, quiet and comfortable. Brunnen is a beautiful town and well worth a visit, the ferry is only a short walk away. We also had secure parking for our motorcycle.
Everything was great. special thanks to Julia , she was very helpful in giving direction for the parking and she make sure that I was satisfied with everything and truly I was. Hotel is in the center of this lovely town and everything is 200 m away from you . You don't even need a car .
The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Excellent location. Room size was excellent. Small lake view from our balcony.
