Great location for transportation via tram system and walking to kunstmuseum and antikenmuseum. It’s quiet yet right in the middle of the center. Reception staff was thoughtful and attentive. The tea/coffee station on each floor was very nice and a great feature. Bed was very comfortable and I loved my view of the quiet inner courtyard where I could open my window with tranquility.
Location was great! Staff very nice! Food was excellent! Elevator to the plaza was very convenient.
Location was awesome, right in the heart of the Christmas markets. The history was interesting, however would have liked to learn more. It was a quaint hotel, not a modern.
A charming hotel in a marvelous location! The common areas and rooms are scrupulously clean. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, and the restaurant offers a superb menu. Two thumbs way up!
Just lovely. It has an ancient medieval feel with a great courtyard, labyrinth, quality restaurant, historical decor and welcoming warm colors. Staff is delightful and helpful. Located very close to a major tram stop.
