I truly enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable. Although there was no one physically at the location that I was aware of, there was always someone available online.

The hotel was very clean with good facilities. The person in charge of the hotel during our was Mr. Bilal, who offered every assistance in his capacity to make our stay comfortable, for which we thank him and appreciate his professionalism.

Good location. Short 10 minutes ride on public buses from airport. 30 minutes express train ride to city

I had a perfect stay at Hotel Arkaden. The location was great, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with the laundry service. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

I really liked the attention of the staff, the room was very clean, I felt very safe, and it is very quiet.The area where it is located is excellent ,I will return on my next trip to Stockholm to stay at Arkaden.
