This stylish design hotel is directly opposite Umeå Central Station. It offers free Wi-Fi, a Scottish pub and an Italian-American restaurant. Some hotels do trust their customers. This is one of them: the rooms have dumbells, so you can exercise a bit without going to the gym. This simple gimmick to the room is just exactly right. I can imagine many hotels fear such items to get stolen by their customers. Not here. Room was not too expensive as well and close to the station. So ideal for a stop-over on your way north or south. Well done!

The location in the centre near the central railway station is excellent, and it was also easy to reach the main attractions of the town on foot. My room was nice, quiet and spacious. There are many shops, restaurants etc. near the hotel.
