the staff were very accommodating and helpful - gave ideas of what to do in the area and helped to organize transportation. the beds were extremely comfortable and when our door handle was a bit buggy, they transferred us to a new room right away without a hassle

Location to national park was great, staff were helpful with arranging a safari and very friendly. Room was great, pool is lovely.
It was close to Elephant Safari. The restaurant was ok we had breakfast and lunch there. I really enjoyed the omelette cooked fresh. Our room entrance looked over the paddock. Staff were helpful.
