I liked that it was budgeted friendly & its owned by a family, there is lovely coffee across it. And it's not very far from the hub.

Just there are fans & not ACs but it was manageable

This charming, family-run hotel is a hidden gem. The owner and his son were incredibly flexible, friendly, and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was genuine and warm you could feel the heart in "Heart of Ella."

The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained with a breathtaking view! Waking up to the sight of the Ella mountains, waterfalls and the natural beauty all around us was something we’ll never forget.

If you're looking for a peaceful, authentic place with wonderful hosts and stunning views, we highly recommend Heart of Ella. It’s more than a stay it’s a feeling of home in the hills.
