Friendly, welcoming family run hotel that went beyond our expectations in hospitality. The family helped us organize tours of the cultural landmarks with reliable driver. We booked a tree house room. Our boys loved the loft. The pool was refreshing on hot days. The breakfasts were filling. Staff was so charming.

Everything was perfect - comfortable room with AC, big breakfast, and a swimming pool - all tucked away in a quiet, green setting about 10 minutes walk to the main roads with a few cafes and shops. The family who owns Levon’s are all very kind and accommodating. They were particularly sweet to our 7 y.o. daughter.

The staff were so incredibly friendly, a lovely family run the resort. The room was quirky and the location was decent (easy walk into Habarana/free shuttle service to some restaurants, right on the doorstep of the nature reserves, easy to get sigiriya/Danbulla and an hour's drive to Polonnaruwa/Anuradhapura). The breakfasts were always good but the dinner was fantastic, the mum's a really good cook, would thoroughly recommend eating here for dinner, just need to tell them in advance.

This is a family run hotel the family and their hotel are beautiful, the two sons have such a soft and calming approach they made our stay truly wonderful, nothing was to much, but such kind and lovely people. We had dinner cooked for us by them on second night and it was delicious. Not only that the cabin we stayed in was unreal, honestly if you are looking at this property please book you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making are stay so wonderful Ryan & Laura
