Location and friendly staff members , from the gentlemen at the reception to everyone else is purely pleasant and nice to chit chat with . I totally recommended this place to stay for a family . Loved the rooms
Hotel was in a very good location, the staff were friendly and Samee was epically helpfu with everything l and made our stay very enjoyable.
Right at the centre of Ella, but nicely escaped with the busyness of the city. One of the cleanest hotels we have ever visited. Well-spaced room, comfortable bed, and larger bathroom provide the best value for money. Very helpful staff too. Adequate space for parking is available. Wifi speed, hot water, and other facilities are up to the standards. Overall a very nice experience at O2 Ella.
