This hotel is a quaint vintage property close to the city centre. The staff were extremely hospitable specially Mr.Robson who ensured that every request was taken care of. It was value for money.
Large buffet breakfast, we enjoyed the sir lankan offerings. Room was very comfortable with jug/tea/coffee and balcony with table/chairs. The first in SL that we stayed in that provided chairs in the room and didnt have to sit on the beds. Staff very helpful with excellent english. Blankets provided were perfect for a cool night. Easy walk into town for food or sight seeing which felt safe at night too.
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Ella! The rooms were brand new, recently renovated, and everything was spotless and modern. The view from both our room and the breakfast area was absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the sound of birds and that incredible scenery was truly priceless.
It’s only 15-minute walk to Ella town, located right next to the walking trail to Little Adam’s Peak.
The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. A special thank you to Hansani, who took care of us during breakfast with such a warm smile and outstanding service. She made our mornings even better! The gentleman at the reception was also very welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.
It was such a peaceful and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ella. Can’t wait to come back!
Nice spacious room with a mini balcony. Relatively near to the city centre with walking distance to Victoria Park. Good breakfast and staff was friendly as well.
Very friendly and accommodative staff. Especially the manager (Robson) was always there if I needed anything and scheduled and a nice activity at Horton Plains (breakfast was also prepared beforehand for the activity). The hotel is at a very central location just behind Victoria Park. The ground floor rooms enjoy a nice garden view and are relatively big for the price you pay. Highly recommend it! Thank you!
