The owners are very kind and helpful people. The rooms are spacious and clean and the view/breeze is exceptional! They provide a hot plate for cooking and complimentary tea and coffee. Overall I would absolutely recommend this to people looking for a pleasant stay in kandy.

The location is excellent - very well-situated in Peradeniya with easy access to nearby attractions and everything you might need. The views from the property are absolutely stunning, particularly from the outdoor balcony/terrace, which also has a spacious seating area perfect for family meals. The room I stayed in (double room) was comfortable, and the entire space felt open and inviting. The hosts were exceptional - incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and extremely helpful, which really made the stay even more special.
