Loved the hospitality, location (right at the beach), friendliness of the staff. WiFi works brilliantly even at the pool or at the main gate which was surprising to see such strong connectivity outdoors.
Best part was you can have a dip in the pool and walk straight to the beach and enjoy the waves and come back to the pool for your cocktail made with love and care.
Everything.. reception, room, the beach.. and the staff in every section are excellent, specially mrs. Sathya in front office, she was very kind and professional to explain the hotel for us.
Everything is excellent, special thanks to the manger Darshi Peiris to make this trip unforgettable.
Service, food, facilities and rooms are great.
We booked for 3 nights and we extended our stay at the hotel because of the service and the friendess of all the staff. We been to couple of hotels, but the Sherton is best hotel we stayed on in all Sri Lanka
I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Bentota Resort. We enjoyed all the resort's facilities, which were exceptional. The service provided by the resort staff was impressive, and the meals were delightful. The resort's location was also fantastic, adding to the overall experience.
They made us feel special as soon as we entered the hotel. I guess this is a Sheraton privilege. First Ms Peiris , the customer relations manager welcomed us. She was really helpful. Then General Manager Mr. Gunasekera welcomed us. This is the first time I encounter something like this. I felt really special. Thank you for this warm welcome. Our room, restaurants, pool were really nice. We had an amazing time there.
