Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Communication with the staff was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating, even offering a late check-out option. The staff was friendly and always eager to help, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

My Stay was flawless The place is amazing its not too far from the city so you can reach it quite quickly nor is it too close so its very quiet and peaceful! The views are absolutely stunning! I would Highly Recommend This Place to Anyone!!

I liked everything about this property: it was close to Kandy but far from the city noise, had spectacular views at sunrise and sunset, and had a spacious room with a hot shower, A/C, tea kettle, storage room, and balcony. The living area was immaculate with plenty of spaces to relax and take in the views, and the meals were delicious! Most of all, I appreciated the kindness of the property hosts and staff. I was traveling alone, so Dr. Sriemalee regularly checked in on me - even after I left Kandy. I will not forget the care and comfort I experienced at Heritage Inn.

Family managed facility and they were very friendly and reasonable. Very nice place with spacious and clean rooms. Very nice place to spend the time peacefully in a location which is only few minutes away from the city center. I highly recommend this facility.
