The shower broke, and the staff immediately rushed in to help fix it. Fantastic service. The aesthetic was great, and was very clean for being so old.
Amazing location and historic building. Terrific Sri Lankan buffet breakfast. Nice large and underused swimming pool.
Awesome stay! Much like most of Sri Lanka a lot of street noise and dogs barking at night. You get used to it!
Historical building and rooms, very central location, ambiance was great, food was ok.
1. Location is right by the lake. Very convenient. And supermarket close by
2. It’s an historical building and that’s the reason we chose to stay.
3. It’s better than we expected as our room face the pool so it was quiet which made the experience better. I like the wood floor so it’s nice. There is a fridge and safe in the room. And bottle of water
4. I like the pool and sunbathing after the day out
5. Wifi works well everywhere including the pool area
6. We only had breakfast buffet. It’s ok with variety but the coffee is terrible. The restaurant atmosphere is very good
