A very well sized 2-floor property, with 2 large double A/C bedrooms, lounge and bathroom on the 1st floor and a fab rooftop kitchen and garden on the 2nd floor. Superb location on the main beach road, still central to everything but a little quieter in the evenings when you want to sleep.
Whilst this is being rented out as a commercial property, this is a family home. Therefore expect a few little personal features, rather than a slick, hotel style accommodation.
The open rooftop kitchen is fab and tended to be the central hub of our socialising when at the property. Really well equipped and lots of pretty plants and ornamental features containing fish/lillies etc.
Supermarkets and ATMs very close by. Bus station 2 min walk and railway station 6/7 mins walk.
Owners are absolutely lovely and very accommodating to check in/out requests wherever they can be.
The owner of the villa is a very friendly and attentive person. The location is really awesome. Every facilities such as bank, shop, beach are very close. The villa has all the necessary amenities.

Large apartment with comfortable beds and great dining and living space - the kitchen and rooftop terrace and large TV with Netflix was a great touch. Nimal and his wife were so accommodating on our arrival and was easy to get in contact with over WhatsApp throughout our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.
Nimal and his family are wonderful hosts, we felt right at home. Villa is very cozy and spacious - perfect for 3-4 guests. Two bedrooms are well conditioned and shaded for great sleep. Fantastic terrace with lot of plants and great view on the ocean. Location is few minutes from sandy beach with snorkeling, nice restaurants are nearby as well.
