Everything!! Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, amazing views! A very zen spot
First the staff was great. The front desk is open from 730 am to 10 pm. We were not arriving until almost 1 am in the morning. They arranged to have someone let us in the gate and checked us into our room at 1 am. They went above and beyond. We had 2 rooms with one having a spa. The spa was great and the jets were a plus. The view from our deluxe king room was spectacular. The river was outside and the sounds were so peaceful. The mountainous views were so relaxing. The breakfast was nice and they had fresh juice along with coffee. Staff was great and even held on to our bags for the day as we explored the city. This hotel is a short distance outside of the city but the property is very peaceful and they have a lockable gate that ensures security. They had a trampoline that the kids loved as well.
Very nice setting next to the river. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed.

Everything about this place was amazing! The free breakfast was delicious with options to choose from and fresh juice every day. The view is amazing from the backyard and where you eat breakfast. Bonus for them having a trampoline too because I love those. The staff were wondering and very attentive through whatsapp. Although I don’t speak Spanish we spoke and talked through google translate without a problem. There are buildings being built around it but it wasn’t so noisy from it. The place is a 5-15 min walk from a main road with a lot of food places to choose from. (It’s safe to walk around at night) The hotel has a dinner menu as well which I ate at two times but it was nice to walk and get food at a local spot. A little hilly but kinda expected. I would definitely stay here again.☺️
