Conveniently located. Perfect for our purpose in Guayaquil. Good air conditioning. Small fridge in room. Staff was very friendly.

Great breakfast with lots of variety, convenient location and very kind staff.
Located across from the famous Iguana Park and big Catholic Church, Unipark hotel is also about 4 safe blocks from the Malecon 2000 river bank walkway. Good restaurants in and around the hotel-mall complex. We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed it a lot.
The room was very big, and the bed as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.
