Great location with large room and very clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was a plus.
Location was perfect, rooms were clean and updated, the staff was extremely helpful, accomodating and kind, and the pool and hot tubs were an added bonus! The breakfast was made hot and fresh, and delicious. A fantastic stay for our family of 4!
We liked everything about this hotel. If we had to pick one exceptional thing over all of the others it would be the helpfulness of the staff. They helped us get the best highland excursion with Pablo. Pablo speaks excellent English and of course Spanish with which he explains all of the fauna and flora along the way to and in the volcano. He also offers his customers complimentary fruit at his farm and lunch at his restaurant.
Great little pool and upstairs hot tub, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. This place is hard to beat.
Location was great, rooms were very comfortable, and I slept great. I appreciated the access to cold drinking water and being able to fill up my bottle. Breakfast was good and they made a nice to go breakfast on the early morning we departed by ferry. I’d definitely return.
