Location amazing. Staying in 500+ year old building; amazing. Staff amazing. Room with a view; amazing. Hotel bar; wonderful. Fantastic stay overall.
Very comfortable and close to the city center and all the tourist attractions. The breakfast is varied and fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Great location in old town. Good breakfast with lots of options.
The hotel is in a very old and historic building. That meant that space was tight, there was not a lot of room to spread out. The pressure of hosting a large number of people in an old facility means that some things can't be a la Hyatt. The breakfast was very good, the coffee superb. The reception desk is excellent and helpful.
