We easily collected the keys from the concierge desk as the apartment is in a building with many apartments not necessarily being used as tourist rentals. Parking in the courtyard was available for 10 Euro a day with an assigned spot. The views of the Old City were amazing when we opened the door into the apartment. Elevator worked well which was essential as we were on a higher floor. Although not in the walled city, we were in walking distance from anything we wanted to visit. While tiny. the apartment was functional for the 3 days were stayed there. Kitchenette was modern and functional. WIFI worked well. It is on a main street with trams but relatively quiet. Restaurants and a grocery were nearby.
The unit was spacious with a basic set up (dishware, flatware, cutting board, cooking utensils). The bed/loft area accommodates just a queen size bed with a low ceiling (5'6"). The furnishings & fixtures were all in like new condition. 24 hour reception desk & luggage storage room.
Location-wise, it is on the east/north side of the Old Town and less than 15 min walking from the following: ferry port, Old Town/Freedom Square, Rotermann area (right behind the building with restaurant, shops, Lodi), 3 supermarkets & Rimi Express, malls. Tram stop is 2 min walk.
The apartment is in a very nice building in a perfect location and has everything you need. It's clean and the bed is comfortable. It is exactly as shown on the pictures.
I left on a night flight and a studio with baggage storage was what I was looking for. The kitchen was well equipped with a backsplash of Hong Kong night view. It's close to the old town and many shopping malls nearby.
