We were really pleased with our stay at the Elgel Hotel and Spa as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great, especially the shower was the best shower we have ever had, it is highly recommendable
It is a nice and very clean hotel with kind staff and an excellent gym. There is also a nice indoor swimming pool.
Impressed that whe I compalined they just got on with finding a new room and no fuss was made
The manager was especially impressive and polite and helpful - they arranged transport and cars when needed also
They went over and above what was expected
We had a civil unrest issue for a few days and they put on extra security at the door which was reassuring

They were always available to answer any questions we had and offered great recommendations for local attractions. The housekeeping staff was also incredibly friendly and ensured that our room was always clean and well-stocked. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly and attentive staff.
