This was the third time we stayed. This time the two ladies at the reception were very helpful and communicated very well (compared to the male receptionists we met in previous stay).

Staff was so accommodating, I felt like family. The roo. Was clean and comfortable.

Our room for a family of four was exceptionally clean. The kids each had a bed of their own, which was a treat. We liked the window views and the fact that you could open them for fresh air. We had hot water for our showers and extra comfortable beds with lamps for reading at bedtime. The breakfast was always good and we especially enjoyed the Tibs Fir Fir. We had dinner there one night as well and the Ethiopian choices were top notch. The hotel held our luggage while we ventured to rural Ethiopia. The shuttle picked us up from the airport and took us to the airport a couple of times and was very reliable. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. We have no complaints and would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is an exceptional value. I cannot think of anything to criticize. The staff is great, as is the cleanliness and the size of rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It strikes me as a very safe place for female tourist travelling alone.

Excellent value for money. The restaurant was good, with a delicious breakfast menu and Ethiopian food.
