The stuff very helpful.... The location very good .... The facility very good .... Almost every thing very good.

The location of the hotel in the Bole area, was convenient to other venues we attended, the staff were very professional, courteous, accommodating, and extremely friendly. We enjoyed the meals at the restaurant, and the customer service representative Melat, was very helpful, All the restaurant waiters were professional, friendly and accomodating during our meals, especially Mekdes, Nuhamin, and other restaurant staff, whose names I've forgotten. The housekeeping staff, bellmen and security Tomas were professional and friendly, as well as the front desk staff (Senait and others), including Lidiya & Melat, who went above and beyond their hotel duties, and helped me find a pharmacy one evening after work (we inadvertently met on the street one day) The entire hotel staff including management, made my wife and I feel as though we were a part of their extended family.

Everything was superb. The breakfast is varied and super. The staff are so nice. I have been even upgraded wheni dd my check in. I realy recommand it.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a very comfortable bed.

Good breakfast selection. More walkable area than most of Addis. Dozens of TV channels, though satellite reception was spotty at times.
