The hotel manager always looking to bless everyone
Very polite and helpful staff. Prompt to help and always ask how your experience has been with the food and your stay at the hotel.
From the very moment I checked in, everyone was kind and welcoming. They were all extremely helpful and patient. I was always greeted with a smile, and anything I needed was there.
The breakfast is lovely, with lots of options, and there is good variety each day. There is a wonderful egg station and fresh juice each day. Perfect way to start!
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent! The entire hotel was very clean and very secure. I highly recommend staying here in Addis - the price is very reasonable too! Will be back!
Very exceptional and astonishing hotel apartment in the heart of Addis Ababa downtown! The rooms are very nice and neat! Staff is super helpful and welcoming! The restaurant is one of a kind with gorgeous 360 view on top of Addis!

The room was comfortable. There was free airport shuttle bus service, the hotel was close to the airport. The room was tidy and clean.
