Everything about the hotel is wonderful. The place is beautiful and organized. The hospitality and kindness are always present. I see them smiling and ready to help.
Staff work as a team and provide the necessary attention when requested.
As for the room, I can not describe the amount of comfort and privacy I felt throughout my stay there.

Spent six nights in what is an excellent hotel! The service is very helpful and friendly, the rooms large, nice and clean. Hot water, good WiFi. Very good Ethiopian-style breakfast. Gym and weight training machines available. Shuttle to airport, anytime. Very close to the airport and to night bars.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel manager Mr. Getahun is very respectful, friendly and professional. When you ask him for a service, he responds immediately and as quickly as possible.
