Very good restaurant on the premises. There is gym and lot of pools. Very kind staff and my only one problem was solved by Mr. Park from front desk in the second to my absolute satisfaction. Absolutely pro customer staff. Very good ratio price/value.
Everything about the hotel, amenities and staff were exceptional. Special thanks to staff member "Zoey". Her attentive performance represented the best the hotel has to offer.

The best one in Jeju.
We stayed at the Grand Sumorum for 4 nights. We loved it!! Our room was very spacious, clean, modern, comfortable and quiet with an amazing view of the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! The location was unbeatable in front of the Jeju Olle trail, and it was central to many places we wanted to visit. Parking was easy. Highly recommend this place to stay and we definitely plan to book this place whenever we return to Jeju Island.
