Ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong, Чонгно-Гу, Южная Корея

The location was perfect. Right across the road from the gorgeous Ikeson-dong hanok village, with so many small and winding paths, cafes, restaurants, and little shops. We walked everywhere from the hotel, including the spectacular Gyeongbokgung Palace. The hotel was spotless. The rooms are the perfect size with comfortable beds. It's probably the best 3* hotel I've ever stayed in, and great value for money. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful at night. Checking in and out was quick and easy. It was about 30 degrees when we were there in July, and so the blast of AC in reception was always very welcome upon our return :)

The location of the hotel was phenomenal just a short walk to the main shopping street located west of the hotel. Immediately south is Ikseon-dong where there are so many cute cafes, restaurants, and shops. Plenty of night life if you are looking for high energy pochas, but the hotel is far enough away to not deal with that noise if you're trying to rest.
