I had the most incredible stay at Il Castello. It truly was an exceptional experience in every way, and exactly what I was in need of. Right from the start when I arrived (when Peter was waiting to assist with my luggage and pointed out that my car was making a strange sound as I parked - I am so thankful to him for identifying this) to when I left early on Friday morning (6am) and a travelling breakfast pack had been offered and was ready for me, the service, care and overall experience was incredible. Wandile in Limoncello was an absolute star, I had two lovely treatments in the Spa, and every staff member I engaged with was thoughtful, attentive and proactive. My room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean, snug and comfortable and the views from Il Castello are just stunning.
