The place is nice private and clean I would recommend it for anybody that want some peace and nice rest
Absolutely loved my stay at The City Club On Plein! From the moment I arrived,the room was stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Cape Town. The central location was ideal for accessing the city's attractions, and the amenities offered everything I needed for a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning soon as I plan to book my stay for a week in August now!
The staff was welcoming. It was my 1st time in cape town and i felt so welcomed.
Well received the property was definitely better than we expected.
The City Club Group, which owns the establishment, has the good fortune of employing a customer service manager named Lawrence. He is truly phenomenal. I only stay at their establishments because of Lawrence. Being a seasoned traveller, I can, without prejudice state that his customer care is on par with some of the best hotels in the world. I would recommend that guests, when booking, ask to engage with Lawrence.
It was a wonderful experience as always.
