Proximity to train, bus and taxi station, as well as convenience stores and eateries. Room is relatively large and Wifi is good.
The breakfast was a combination Japanese/western. Good selection, good price, excellent service and a 3 hour serving time. Options varied daily and were more than ample. I recommend adding the breakfast because it was value for money.for us and only a heavy doonahappy with the overall facilities
The breakfast was fine for us. The location was convenient. The parking was nearby and not unreasonable.
There were restaurants nearby for dinner. The staff who assisted me also spoke some English.

The staff is really nice, helped us shipping luggage to the next hotel. Although a bit far from Kyoto, it's easy to reach and the neighborhood is nice.
