All the staff at the front desk were polite, attentive and very understanding. We decided to stay in Miyazaki an extra day and there was no issue booking another night. We stayed in the hotel the same weekend as a large function took place with young people but everything was well organized and no issues arose other than waiting a little longer than expected for the elevator but even the young local people in the elevators were very polite and kind so no complaints. The room itself was much larger than what we are accustomed to seeing here in Japan with large windows. I was very pleased. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, safe, no frills, good value for the money, stay.

A very nice hotel. Helpful staff, especially in dealing with the underground car park. Rooms are large and very comfortable.
