Location and breakfast very good and fabulously welcome drinks
The staff are friendly and the procedures of check in has been finished smoothly.
Excellent little hotel right in the middle of Oita, just a 3 minute walk from the Shotengai (covered shopping street). The room was a standard size for a Japanese hotel. Very comfortable and lots of small amenities and details were taken care of (as is the norm in Japanese hotels).
Excellent location in a lively part of the city. Comfortable rooms.
Hotel staffs are friendly, not too far from station.
