Great location, helpful staff, clean room and especially clean bathroom, location is great, enjoyed the onsen, absolutely would recommend this hotel.

Great location right in the center of town. Two blocks from the bus. Has two private onsens downstairs. Recommended.

spacious for the whole family. conveniently located. has in house onsen which is great after skiing. the staff is very helpful especially the lady at front desk (I forgot her name). she was extremely polite and helpful. she helped us booked dinner and planned transportation to Takada castle. she was great.

We liked the relatively large space. Kitchen well supplied, allowing us to make breakfast. Great location in middle of town and easy hike up hill to ski resort. Onsen was nice too! Decent value considering all the high priced options in Nozawa. Good for families, although hopefully not next door (noisy!)

Staff at Address Nozawa, from when I booked the room was very helpful and informative. Receptionist (Albert) and the other lady (didnt catch her name) are also very helpful. Room was ready when we check in. I would recommend to anyone, but the housekeeping service needs improvement.
