I stayed 6 nights. The staff was exceptionally helpful. They booked dinner reservations for us at different restaurants for every night of our stay, based on our tastes. They helped us with shipping our ski/snowboard equipment back to Tokyo, made it so easy for us. Loved that they have ski/snowboard storage with a separate drying room for gloves, helmet, boots, etc. Breakfast was simple, but good. Location is half-way between the gondola (less than 5-minute walk) and downtown, so you get the best of both worlds. Lobby was also lovely (coffee/tea available all day) with a wood burning fire every day. Also, washer/dryer was a lifesaver (free of charge!). Probably the best ski trip I've ever had!

Great location for slopes and onsens. Has everything you need.

Low-key, friendly staff, impeccably clean, nice attention to detail. Perfect location away from the busiest streets and within an easy walk from the ski hill. Appreciated the binders with restaurant recommendations and maps to find onsens.

Incredibly welcoming staff, perfect location close to the village and slopes, beautifully presented rooms and a delightful breakfast. We will definitely be back soon!

What makes this hotel special is the staff - they were fantastic. The location is a nice midpoint between the mountain and the village.
