The staff was so helpful and caring. I had terrible back spasms and they helped me find a proper orthopedic clinic for treatment. I was there for 4-5 days until my back got better and all the staff was supportive and hoping I got better. The hotel itself is lovely as well and the Ohnsen is nice.

Room was clean and big. We did not have time to explore the facilities such as tennis courts and other sporting facilities. Staff was polite and friendly

アートなお部屋が特別感と異国気分を味わえて心地よかったです。ミネラルウォーターやドリップコーヒーにお茶の行き届いたサービスも嬉しくてたまらなかったです。仕事で夜中到着になったにもかかわらず優しく対応してくださいました。朝起きれなくてギリギリ行った朝食も用意してくださり、高知の優しい朝食を味わえました。いろいろと本当にありがとうございました。
コスパが良かったです。
清潔感があり、結婚式場にも使われるだけあって、最初にホテルに入ったときの雰囲気、置いてある家具とかが素敵でした。
５人で泊まれる和室があり良かったです。
朝食が美味しかったので、夕食をお手頃に食べれるとか、バイキングとかあればいいのにな、と思いました。
